You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. We do not charge administration fees for returning your order. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Once we have received your return and the product is in good order, we will refund the due order amount minus the calculated shipping costs within 14 days. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense.

Please note: there is an exception for prescription glasses. This product is custom-made according to the prescription provided for the lenses. Therefore, it is not possible to return it after production.
