When will my order arrive?
As soon as we receive your order, it is packed to ensure it is not damaged in transit and arrives perfectly at your doorstep. If you order before 21:00 on Mon. to Fri.? Then we ensure that it is posted the next day. This way, you will have your package in no time. Of course, you will receive a track-and-trace from us so you know exactly when it will be delivered.
Delivery
We send our packages via PostNL. You will receive a track-and-trace with your order so you are informed of the delivery day and time.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to send your product back. We do not charge administration fees for returning your order. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to us with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. Once we have received your return and the product is in good order, we will refund the due order amount within 14 days. Only the costs for the return from your home to the webshop are at your own expense.
