Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. We do not charge any administration fees for returning your order. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all accessories provided and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to us. Once we have received your return and the product is found to be in good order, we will refund the amount due within 14 days. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense.

Please note: there is an exception to the above right of withdrawal for prescription eyeglasses. Prescription eyeglasses are fully custom-made based on the provided prescription for the lenses and cannot be returned or canceled after production. We kindly ask you to consider this purchase since these custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
